Vicky Kapuka is a seasoned legal and compliance professional specialising in anti-money laundering, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She holds an Honours degree in Law from the University of Namibia (2014) and furthered her expertise with a Certificate in Compliance Management (UCT, 2017) and a Master of Law (LLM) in Compliance (Fribourg, 2022). A Certified Compliance Practitioner (CISA) and Certified Cryptoasset Anti-Financial Crime Specialist (ACAMS), Vicky has held senior compliance roles at Old Mutual Namibia, PricewaterhouseCoopers Namibia, and YouHolder. She is currently Legal Counsel at the Cardano Foundation, a blockchain organisation in Switzerland. Vicky joined the Board of Arysteq Asset Management as an Independent Non-Executive Director in May 2021.
