The Arysteq Klein Windhoek Squash Club Open Tournament, held from the 3rd to the 5th of April 2025, brought together squash enthusiasts from all corners of the country for a weekend of fierce competition and sportsmanship. Hosted at the Arysteq Klein Windhoek Squash Club, the tournament showcased some of Namibia’s finest squash talent, with players giving it their all in tightly contested matches across two competitive divisions.
The atmosphere throughout the weekend was electric, as players battled it out for the top spots in their respective divisions. The tournament featured highly anticipated matchups and impressive displays of skill, strategy and endurance.
In Division A, Le-Hugo Van Rooyen emerged as the champion after an exceptional series of performances. Kyle Kriel secured second place, while Steven Berry rounded off the podium with a solid third-place finish. These matches kept spectators on the edge of their seats, with thrilling rallies and closely fought games.
Division B was equally competitive, with Heathlinn Cloete taking top honours. Jeff Brussels claimed second place, and Karel Esterhuizen finished third, showcasing great determination and consistency throughout the tournament.
